LeadsCapevo is a joint venture corporation between LeadSoft Bangladesh Limited and Capevo A/S, Denmark, and was originally formed in September 2009 as part of a Business-to-Business programme.
The Business-to-Business programme is funded by the Foreign Ministry of Denmark which supports the establishment of partnerships between Danish companies and companies in Danida's programme countries such as Bangladesh. Danida's purpose of the programme is to assist companies in programme countries finding a Danish partner, which can help gain access to Danish technology and know-how. On the other hand, the Danish companies can obtain access to new markets, products and production opportunities.
The motivation of Capevo to establish a joint venture company with LeadSoft was to place a large part of its technical development outside Denmark in to order to ensure the continuity of its products and demand due to:
?   the growth rate of Capevo
?   the lack of skilled human resource in Denmark
?   high salaries, and
?   customer's demand for lower prices.
The motivation of LeadSoft entering into a partnership was to develop the company further by receiving more international exposure, which will improve the company's capacity to handle international clients. Moreover, the company is looking for new niches to operate in and to further develop its IT skills through training and transfer of technology. A joint venture with Capevo ensures that LeadSoft achieves its goals of developing skills within project management and IT development as well as upgrading the technology level in the company. Additionally, the cooperation enables LeadSoft to gain market shares in a 'new field' and thereby increase its profitability.
For all assignments sent abroad LeadsCapevo is cooperating with Capevo in order to quality assure all development assignments.
Main objectives of LeadsCapevo:
?   To establish a software developing company in Bangladesh with understanding and knowledge of European market demand and culture and the ability to meet high quality requirements.
?   To transfer existing knowledge and technology from Capevo and LeadSoft to the joint venture company and to assure that LeadsCapevo is able to adapt and customize its products to new technologies and customer demands.
?   To ensure that the employees continuously possess basic key technical skills.
? To sell and implement XForm to governmental and financial institutions in Bangladesh.
? To develop and sell offshore development for private companies and governmental institutions in Denmark and Europe including labeled development for private companies in Denmark and Europe.
? To develop and sell local development for governmental institutions, financial institutions and private companies in Bangladesh. Building/developing solutions within XForm for Capevo new product development for the global market.
? To obtain a very high quality which can be compared to top level IT development companies in Europe and Asia and with a fall back rate of max. 10% min error rate.
? To be ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certified within 3 years.
